Less Annoying CRM is the crm that I would be using for my clients and keeping up with their leads.  Within this crm appointments could be made and show up in the Google calendar because this crm could be linked to it as well as gmail.  This is a simple crm and my clients will be able to get updates on my progress with their leads.  This is a good option if the client isn't already using a CRM.
